This is fact. Reserve driver Nico Hulkenberg has been promoted to a race seat after claiming GP2 honors in 2009. Rubens Barrichello has also been confirmed and will take the first seat at WilliamsF1. Toyota has also been given the boot by Sir Frank Williams in favour of Cosworth.
